# MGS Global HR Service & Operations Manager

Job Description: The Global HR Service & Operations Manager leads service integration, expansion, and operational transformation initiatives across the MGS HR service portfolio. Through June 2027, this role serves as the dedicated LATAM Integration Lead, responsible for transitioning local P&O operations into the MyP&O (HR) operating model while ensuring operational readiness, process standardization, governance compliance, and successful knowledge transfer. Following completion of the LATAM integration program, the role will continue leading service expansion, implementation, and operational transformation initiatives across the global service portfolio. What are we looking for? Experience in M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) or corporate integrations, service transitions, operating model transformations, or geographic expansion initiatives. Knowledge of LATAM HR operations, payroll and benefits integration touchpoints, and regional regulatory environments. Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese preferred.
