Additionally, the position drives safety, quality, and cost goals while ensuring quotas are met.\nWhat are we looking for?\nMinimum Requirements:\nHigh school diploma, GED or equivalent education\n2+ years of relevant warehousing or logistics related experience\nTroubleshoot inventory management systems and issues with product quality\nAbility to transfer procedures and training experiences to others (example: SOPs)\nProficient in MS Office (Word, excel, etc.) and email.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nTechnical bachelor’s or associate degree\nSAP and/or Blue Yonder experience\nDemonstrated Leadership skills\n1+ years’ experience in an outbound logistics technical support role\nKnowledge of quality systems and lean manufacturing principles\nPhysical Requirements:\nCan perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.\nFrequent lifting/carrying (10-50 lbs) and pushing/pulling (50-300 lbs)\nFrequent bending, stooping, twisting, handling, and gripping.\nAbility to work at elevated heights, climb stairs, lean over equipment, and operate in confined spaces.\nAbility to stand and work on feet for extended periods, with shifts lasting 12 hours\nCapable of working in hot, cold and wet conditions\nProficient in understanding, communicating, reading, and writing in English.\nWhat will be my key responsibilities?\nLead the execution of all outbound related tasks and assignments\nManage vendor relations with 3PLs (warehouses, transportation, and fleet vendors).\nLead warehouse activities related to inventory management systems (SAP, JDA, and NEXUS)\nLead the execution of tendering outbound loads\nLeads and executes strategies that deliver Shift Safety, Quality, Quantity and Cost objectives.\nWork as a liaison between Sort, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure all sort activities and NC’s are being actioned and completed in accordance to the sort quota and sort priority list\nMust be able to plan based on factory flow, available equipment, and customer/DC order needs\nAssist Logistics Manager to complete assignments and fill in for Logistics Manager as needed.\nTotal Rewards\nStarting Pay: Based on experience
