As our eCommerce channels continue to grow, we're looking for a highly collaborative and data-driven Perfect Digital Store Manager to lead our digital shelf strategy and elevate the online shopping experience across our key pet specialty retail partners\nThis is a newly created role where you'll own and drive Royal Canin ANZ's Perfect Digital Store (PDS) agenda, ensuring our products are discoverable, engaging and conversion-focused across online retail platforms. Working closely with internal stakeholders and key retail partners, you'll help shape digital shelf excellence and unlock growth opportunities for both our business and our customers.\nWhat will you do?\nLead the Perfect Digital Store strategy, framework and annual roadmap across ANZ.\nEstablish digital shelf standards, performance KPIs, governance processes and scorecards.\nDrive best-in-class product content, digital assets, product attributes and content syndication across retailer websites.\nMonitor digital shelf performance and translating insights into actionable recommendations that drive growth.\nManage reporting, analytics and performance dashboards for local, regional and global stakeholders.\nPartner with key retail customers to improve online execution and support Joint Business Planning initiatives.\nCollaborate with internal teams to improve shopper conversion and maximise retail media effectiveness.\nBuild digital capability across the business through training, playbooks and best-practice sharing\nWhat will you bring?\nYou are passionate about eCommerce and understand what it takes to create an exceptional digital shopping experience. You're equally comfortable analysing performance data, influencing senior stakeholders and working directly with retail partners to achieve commercial outcomes.\nA degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business, Digital Commerce, Economics or a related discipline. \nApprox 5+ years' experience in eCommerce, digital shelf, digital insights or related commercial roles.\nExperience within FMCG, retail or a consumer goods environment.\nStrong analytical capability with the ability to translate insights into business actions.\nKnowledge of digital shelf management, eCommerce analytics, customer marketing and retail media.\nExcellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across functions and external partners.\nWhy you’ll love working for Mars and Royal Canin:\nAt Royal Canin, you'll join a purpose-led business that puts pets at the centre of everything we do.
