You will also manage procurement operations both regionally and globally by leveraging supplier relationships, while driving standardization and automation across the network. Cross functional collaboration will also play a large part of the role as efforts are undertaken to identify cost savings and cost avoidance strategies on a global level.\nWhat are we looking for? 3 or more years of procurement experience. Strong stakeholder/supplier relationship management skills, both domestically and internationally. Minimum of a bachelors degree. What will be your key responsibilities? Buying strategy will be your wheelhouse - where one exists you will execute and optimize it. If one does not exist it will be your responsibility to develop the strategy and subsequently implement it. You’ll manage suppler benchmarking, RFPs and new supplier qualification. Analyzing existing supplier performance will also fall to you, as will generating supplier insights from analyzing data and KPIs that are in place. Oversight of ($100m+) of spend annually. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits.
