Product Strategy & Vision\nDefine and own the long-term vision and multi-year roadmap for Retail Execution solutions (store visit execution, promotions, merchandising, compliance, analytics).\nAlign roadmap to CPG, beverage, food, and consumer goods industry trends (perfect store, AI-driven execution, real-time insights).\nTranslate customer pain points into scalable, repeatable product capabilities.\n2. Business Ownership\nOwn product P&L levers: pricing, packaging, attach rate, adoption, renewals.\nBuild and track success metrics: pipeline influence, win-rate impact, customer value realization.\n3. Product Development & Delivery\nLead cross-functional squads (Engineering, UX, Data, AI, Industry SMEs).\nOwn epics, prioritization, and release planning with agile execution.\nEnsure solutions leverage the Salesforce platform (Mobile, Data Cloud, AI, Flow, Analytics).\n4. Ecosystem & Platform Leverage\nDrive integrations with:Mobile workforce tools\nTrade promotion management\nOrder management\nData & AI layers\n\nCollaborate with ISV and SI partners to extend execution capabilities.\nKey Skills & Qualifications\nExperience\n8-12+ years in Product Management, Industry Solutions, or Strategy\nDeep experience in Retail Execution / CPG / Field Sales / Trade Marketing\nProven ownership of enterprise SaaS products at scale\nFunctional Strengths\nProduct strategy & lifecycle management\nAgile product leadership\nCustomer discovery & value engineering\nExecutive-level storytelling and influence\nDomain Expertise\nPerfect Store / On-shelf availability\nMerchandising & promotions execution\nRetail compliance & audit workflows\nMobile-first field execution models\nSuccess Metrics\nRevenue growth & attach rate\nCustomer adoption and expansion\nTime-to-value for customers\nCompetitive win rates\nPlatform usage & scalability\nThe base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits.
