Join us as a Sales Operations & Effectiveness Manager and help shape the tools, processes, and capabilities that drive commercial success across Europe.\nWhat will be your key responsibilities?\nDevelop and continuously improve sales effectiveness frameworks, processes, and operating standards across the region.\nOptimize sales call plans, territory coverage, and route planning to maximize field force productivity and return on investment.\nMonitor performance metrics and sales effectiveness indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.\nAct as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for sales systems, tools, and operational processes.\nLead the adoption and implementation of new technologies, automation solutions, and AI-enabled tools to increase efficiency.\nPartner with regional stakeholders, IT teams, and external providers to deliver system enhancements and new capabilities.\nServe as a key user and business owner for Salesforce CRM and related sales systems, ensuring an excellent user experience and effective system utilization.\nDrive cross-functional projects focused on process optimization, operational excellence, and business transformation.\nWhat are we looking for?\nDegree in Business, Economics, Sales, or a related field.\nExperience in sales operations, sales effectiveness, business operations, commercial excellence, or a similar area.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.\nHands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or comparable sales management systems.\nExperience leading or supporting system implementations, process improvements, or digital transformation initiatives.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships across teams and functions.\nFluent English;
