looking for?\nBachelor’s Degree\n5+ years of sales/category/analytics/marketing experience within CPG industry\nDemonstrated ability to build collaborative partnerships with retail customers, account team, and internal business stakeholders\nAbility to understand complex data sources to develop and influence strategy and execution\nStrong analytic skills and ability to distill complex data into simple stories\nWhat would be your key responsibilities?\nCritical link between Customer / Brand for Field Sales Team, bringing the Customer Development feedback back to the internal stakeholders\nKey partner for assigned Brand Marketing team to identify and drive execution behind share growth opportunities and strategy.\nServe as liaison with internal merchandising teams develop in store displays, field materials and selling tools\nInternal customer development lead for assigned brands for internal planning processes including providing updates to various key stakeholders\nLead Weekly/Periodic/Deep Dive Key Customer Meetings to Address Strategic and Tactical Account Needs & Deliver Annual Planning Milestones\nCustomization of category/brand toolkits to support category shopper dynamics and growth opportunities.\nPartner with marketing to develop compelling Brand & New Item selling stories for their assigned brands that tie back into overarching Petcare category & organization objectives.\nResponsibility of shepherding and providing sales perspective on innovation/renovation projects inclusive of compiling AB/ER SOP and providing Field perspective/feedback from charter gate to implementation\nAttends and represents portfolio/brand presentations with strategic and developmental accounts\nCo-Develop Strategic Joint Business Plans with Brand Marketing and
