To boldly elevate the super-premium brand experience, we need to ensure we have a holistic, strategic brand strategy while increasing brand awareness through meaningful and high-impact marketing initiatives (innovation, communication and activation) in China\nWhat are we looking for?\nBachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business or a related field.\nAt least 5yrs+ experience in marketing function in MNC, with expertise and skill set in Brand Management function, brand building and innovation experience preferred.\nExcellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills; ability to collaborate with different stakeholders including internal cross-functional teams, global/regional stakeholders, and external agencies.\nMarket analysis capability (incl. consumer data, shopper behavior and category trend interpretation).\nAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams, comfortable with change and able to navigate through ambiguity and conflicts.\nGood English communication, both in writing and spoken.\nWhat will be your key responsibilities?\nIdentify key business opportunities and leverage consumer insights to strengthen the success of Acana brands;\nDevelop and execute marketing and business strategies and integrated programs that achieve the short-term and long-term objectives\nBrand Content Development and Management, including managing all brand and digital communication assets, including but not limited to video assets, visual assets, content, etc.\nLead brand portfolio development and management: design and deploy innovation pipeline through partnering closely with global team and local teams in key business platform, i.e. PMR\nDevelop and execute the communication strategies and marketing campaigns based on the consumer research and shopper insights in the market.\nEffectively allocate the marketing budget and resources to ensure delivery of performance in line with P&L metrics and targets;\nEffectively build alignment among high-collaboration cross-functional stakeholders, motivate project team and manage external agencies to maximize performance and drive growth What can you expect from Mars?
