Reporting to the CFO and leading a team of two, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, evolving environment where curiosity, agility, and innovation are highly valued.\nWhat are we looking for?\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; CPA and/or MBA preferred.\n5-7+ years of progressive finance experience across FP&A, Commercial Finance, Operations Finance, or related areas.\nDemonstrated experience leading complex planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management processes.\nProven ability to partner with and influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive business decisions and deliver financial results.\nExperience managing ambiguity and driving outcomes during periods of change, transformation, system implementations, ERP transitions, or similar business initiatives.\nStrong GAAP knowledge and ability to model and analyze all three financial statements.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and business partnering skills, with the ability to effectively challenge and influence stakeholders at all levels.\nCurious, analytical, and self-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is comfortable creating solutions where a playbook does not exist.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting large-scale businesses and complex P&Ls.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems, with SAP experience preferred.\nExperience with Power BI, automation tools, AI-enabled solutions, or advanced analytics.\nConsumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or food manufacturing experience.\nWhat will be your key responsibilities?\nLead the annual operating plan and budgeting process, from methodology through stakeholder implementation, proposal review, and financial statement integration.\nOwn the management reporting process end-to-end, including close timelines, close meetings, and reporting deliverables, while continuously improving quality and efficiency.\nAnalyze KPIs and develop performance commentary, delivering insight-driven recommendations and presentations for Accelerator and Better For You leadership teams.\nPartner cross-functionally to forecast the balance-of-year P&L, NCFO, and Latest Estimates, consolidating risks and opportunities while driving alignment on actions to deliver results.\nSupport long-range financial planning and evaluate large-scale strategic initiatives that shape the future of the business.\nDrive reporting simplification, process automation, and adoption of AI and advanced analytics tools to enhance efficiency and decision-making.\nLead and develop a team of two associates, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nSupport ad hoc analyses, business cases, and special projects as needed.\nWhat can you expect from Mars?\nWork with diverse and talented Associates, all guided by the Five Principles.\nJoin a purpose driven company, where we're striving to build the world we want tomorrow, today.\nBest-in-class learning and development support from day one, including access to our in-house Mars University.\nAn industry competitive salary and benefits package, including company bonus.\nThe base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
