Job Description: The Sr Manager - M&M’S Global Digital Finance is a pivotal leadership position that will play a critical role in architecting and executing the strategic transformation of the M&M'S Global Digital business into a commerce enabled, brand experience hub with personalization at the core. Serving as the primary strategic and financial co-pilot to the Global Digital Leader, this role will have a unique opportunity to deliver disproportionate impact to the $3.8B M&M'S brand. The M&M'S Global Digital business operates across 14 markets and 4 distinct business models - DTC (Direct to Consumer), B2B (Business to Business), Marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, Walmart.com) and Distributors. What Are We Looking For?
