responsibilities?\nBuild & Scale Data Pipelines: Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines to ingest complex transactional and ERP data into our enterprise platforms.\nArchitect Financial Data Models: Create business-ready, standardized, and harmonized data models that accurately reflect financial transactions and processes.\nBridge Business & Tech: Partner closely with Finance, Technology, and key business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.\nEnsure Data Excellence: Drive data quality, consistency, governance, and clear lineage tracking across all financial data assets.\nEmpower Analytics: Enable downstream reporting, analytics, and application teams by delivering reliable, highly accessible, and well-documented data products.\nChampion Best Practices: Contribute to reusable engineering frameworks, automation, and the onboarding of future ERP systems.\nWhat are we looking for?\nEducation: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.\nERP & SAP Expertise: Deep understanding of transactional data and enterprise ERPs, with strong preference for experience in SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, or Central Finance (CFIN).\nModern Data Engineering: Proven experience building pipelines and analytical/canonical data models using SQL and modern cloud-based data platforms.\nGovernance & Quality: Familiarity with metadata management, data quality, and lineage concepts.\nMental Resilience & Analytical Focus: Outstanding analytical skills and the mental agility needed to navigate complex, highly granular transactional data structures and translate them into logical business flows.\nCollaboration & Communication: Ability to build strong
