Our team utilizes hands-free radiograph techniques and incorporates Fear Free® handling methods to ensure the comfort and safety of our patients.\nPosition Summary:\nThe Client Service Representative (CSR) is the first and last point of contact for our clients and plays a key role in ensuring an excellent client experience. This position is responsible for providing professional, friendly, and efficient customer service both in person and over the phone while supporting the smooth operation of the hospital.\nKey Responsibilities:\nGreet clients and patients warmly upon arrival and provide a welcoming, professional environment.\nAnswer incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to client inquiries promptly and courteously.\nCheck patients in and out for appointments, surgeries, and boarding.\nAccurately process payments, maintain financial records, and balance the cash drawer.\nCommunicate clearly with clients regarding hospital policies, services, estimates, and patient care updates.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date client and patient records within the hospital management software.\nAssist with managing prescription refills and coordinating client communications regarding patient care.\nCollaborate with veterinary and technical staff to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional service.\nPerform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, email correspondence, and maintaining the reception area.\nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\nPrevious experience as a veterinary receptionist, in animal care, or in a customer service role strongly preferred.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.\nAbility to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.\nBasic computer skills and familiarity with veterinary practice software (training provided if needed).\nReliability, attention to detail, and a genuine love for animals and their care.\nAvailability to work flexible hours, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.\nCompensation and Benefits:\nCompetitive hourly wage based on experience.\nEmployee discounts on veterinary services and products.\nOpportunities for professional development and advancement within the hospital.\nSupportive and collaborative team environment.\nSchedule:\nThis position requires a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. to meet the needs of our clients and patients.\nIf you are a current associate, you need to apply through our internal career site.
