As a CSR, you are the crucial pivot point around which our daily hospital operations spin.\nIn this vital role, your day-to-day will include:\nCreating Outstanding First Impressions: Warmly greeting clients and their pets, answering busy phone lines with a smile, and guiding patients comfortably to their exam rooms.\nManaging the Flow: Scheduling and confirming appointments efficiently to keep our veterinary team running smoothly.\nFinancial Stewardship: Presenting and explaining treatment plans/fees clearly and processing payments with accuracy and care.\n Client Education: Answering questions regarding our services and products, and educating clients on basic husbandry and non-medical pet care (such as flea/tick control, and heartworm prevention)., including\nAdministrative Excellence: Managing medical records, keeping patient charts organized, and handling hospital correspondence.\n Hospital Pride: Ensuring our facility is clean, tidy, and welcoming (both inside and out)-which includes assisting with light hospital upkeep and pet waste removal.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nExperience: Previous experience working in a veterinary hospital or animal care environment is highly preferred.\nAvailability: Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required to support our clients when they need us most.\nSuperpowers: Exceptional communication skills, a positive \"can-do\" attitude, the ability to multitask under pressure, and a deep empathy for both people and pets.\nWhat We Offer You\nWe value our team members and believe in rewarding hard work.
