He or she must be able to maintain a positive attitude while working with clients and fellow employees. Working well with others is necessary to function smoothly in this atmosphere. He or she must communicate professionally, clearly, and in a friendly manner both written and verbally. He or she must be able to handle multiple telephone lines as well as daily financial transactions, managing an appointment schedule for multiple doctors, discussing available services and products with clients and managing medical records.\nSome heavy lifting is required as well as regular thorough cleaning. Veterinary experience is very helpful but not required.
