Our specialties include Oncology, Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Radiography, Critical Care, and Specialty Surgery. Our goals are that our associates feel seen and heard and that our clients leave feeling they received the best care for their furry family members.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\nGreeting visitors\n\nAnswering telephones\n\nScheduling and confirming appointments\n\nPlacing outbound calls for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients\n\nPresenting and explaining fees, including processing payments\n\nAnswering questions regarding services and cost\n\nManaging medical records, charts, reports and correspondence\n\nContribute to a positive work environment and promote psychological safety through teaching, recognition, and positive reinforcement\n\nInventory crash cart supplies\nRound to next team lead\nUpdate local UC/ER whiteboard\nBi-weekly check-ins with team members\nMaintain accountability on floor\n\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nHigh School Diploma/GED or equivalent\nExcellent listening and communication skills\nCompassion for pets and people-as well as awareness and understanding of others’ reactions\nProven decision-making skills to choose the most appropriate course of action\nThe ability to integrate new information into problem-solving\nProficiency in Microsoft Office\nWillingness to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends and holidays\nThe ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and be exposed to hazards associated with pets such as allergies, contagious diseases, noises, odors, bites, scratches, and animal waste\nWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer - Veterans / Disabled.
