solutions,roleisresponsible fordefining and applying global technology standards, processes and driving common integration solutions across the enterprise to connect capabilities across the technology ecosystem.\n\nContribute to the global HRtechnologystrategyto support data integrity, operational efficiency and service excellenceleveragingconsolidation across segments,standardizationand automation drivers\n\nPartner with relevantbusinesssegment Functional andTechnical Experts, functional Business Partnership Managers to create global IT capabilities which are aligned with the HR and other functional & segment strategies, engaging Business Partnership Managers and utilizing development,deploymentand technology hub teams asappropriate.\n\nIdentifyopportunities to develop and/or deploy new global capabilities and digitalexperiences throughintegrationprojects and enhancementsincluding use ofWorkdaycapabilities includingOrchestration and Extend\n\nDrive down the portfolio complexity and TCO within this specific functional area across all global,regionaland local applications.\n\nManages a global teamof associates and contractorsto leaddesign, development,testingand deploymentof integrations to ensuredataaccuracy andefficiency.\n\nContribute to the development of the cross-functional application portfolio strategy that builds increasing value through modern digital capabilities, scaleefficienciesand automation.\n\nJob Qualifications:\nMasters/Engineering degree in IT, Business or relevant business function (e.g.Human Resources) or equivalent\n\n5-8years’ experience in theHR functionalarea with specificWorkday Integrationdeployment leadership\n\nSolutions Architecture, Applications portfolio management\n\nGlobal line management & people development, HR Operations /Managed Services experience\n\nBudget Management and Project Management for large global projects\n\nStakeholder Relationship Management of functional expertsand application owners\n\nExcellent project management skills, able topartner with 3rd party consultants andhandle multiple projects,deadlinesandescalations.\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical
