This role will be responsible for ensuring the platform is delivered, maintained, and evolved according to enterprise standards for quality, security, reliability, and operational excellence.\nThis role will be based in Cluj, Romania. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.\nThe successful candidate will act as the technical authority for the platform, partnering with Development, QA, and Support. This is a hands-on technical role with no direct people management responsibilities.\nThe .Net Application Technical Lead will define and enforce development standards, oversee software delivery practices, drive CI/CD automation, improve release processes, and ensure the platform remains secure, scalable, and maintainable.\nWe will count on you to:\nTechnical Leadership\nCreates POC which will serve as baseline as reference to final product development\n\nServe as the technical authority for the application platform\n\nDefine and maintain technical standards, development practices, and architectural guardrails\n\nReview technical solutions and provide guidance to development teams\n\nEnsure consistency across applications, services, repositories, and environments\n\nSupport technical decision-making and risk assessment\n\nSoftware Delivery and CI/CD\nDesign, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub actions\n\nDrive automation of build, test, deployment, and release processes\n\nIdentify and eliminate bottlenecks in the software delivery lifecycle\n\nImprove deployment reliability, release quality, and delivery speed\n\nDefine and maintain release governance practices\n\nDevelopment Governance\nDefine and enforce Git branching strategies and repository standards\n\nEstablish Pull Request policies and code review requirements\n\nImplement quality gates and automated validation processes\n\nPromote engineering best practices and continuous improvement\n\nSecurity and Compliance\nIntegrate security controls into the development lifecycle\n\nImplement automated security checks and vulnerability scanning\n\nMonitor development and delivery practices for security or compliance risks\n\nRaise incidents and drive remediation when technical practices create risks to platform stability, security, or delivery quality\n\nDatabase Delivery and Automation\nDesign and maintain automated deployment processes for database changes\n\nCollaborate with the central DBA team to improve database delivery practices\n\nImplement deployment validation and rollback mechanisms\n\nEnsure database changes are fully integrated into CI/CD pipelines\n\nEnterprise Collaboration\nWork closely with Technical Product Owner, Development, QA, Support, Security, Infrastructure, Architecture, and DBA teams\n\nCoordinate with centralized corporate services and shared technology teams\n\nSupport external vendors and ensure compliance with internal standards\n\nAct as a technical escalation point for platform-related delivery and quality concerns\n\nOperational Excellence\nImprove platform reliability, maintainability, and observability\n\nDrive standardization and automation initiatives\n\nReduce manual operational activities through tooling and process improvements\n\nSupport incident analysis and root cause investigations\n\nWhat you need to have\nAt least 5 years of experience in similar roles (tech lead, software architecture, DevOps, developer with strong high-level view of final solution or similar)\n\nTechnical Expertise in designing reliable software\n\nExperience with Microsoft .NET and ASP.NET applications\n\nStrong experience with Angular and modern front-end development practices\n\nSolid knowledge of IIS administration and application hosting\n\nExperience with microservices architectures and distributed systems\n\nStrong experience with Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL)\n\nExperience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions\n\nStrong understanding of software delivery lifecycle management\n\nExperience with source control, branching strategies, and repository governance\n\nSoftware Engineer bachelor's degree (or equivalent)\n\nWhat makes you stand
