This role will be based inGurugram/Noida This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.\nAssociate Director - Systems Architecture - Solutions\nExperienced Solution Architect responsible for defining, designing, and governing end-to-end technology solutions that address complex business requirements and align with enterprise architecture standards and strategic technology direction.\nSolution Architect partners with business stakeholders, product owners, project sponsors, enterprise and domain architects, engineering teams, AI/ML teams, security teams, infrastructure/cloud teams, and external vendors to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, resilient, intelligent, cost-effective, and maintainable technology solutions.\nThe role will also contribute to the adoption of Generative AI, Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Model Context Protocol (MCP), and AI-enabled automation, identifying where AI provides measurable business value while ensuring appropriate security, governance, and human oversight.\nWe will count on you to:\nLead the end-to-end solution architecture for complex technology initiatives, from discovery and requirements through design, implementation.\nUnderstand business capabilities, functional requirements, constraints, and strategic objectives and translate them into appropriate solution architectures and technology designs.\nDefine architecture across applications, APIs, integrations, data, cloud/infrastructure, security, identity, observability, and operational components.\nProduce architecture deliverables including high-level designs, solution architecture diagrams, integration/data-flow diagrams, architecture decision records, technology recommendations, and implementation roadmaps.\nEvaluate solution options and perform build-vs-buy, COTS/SaaS, cloud service, platform, and technology assessments, documenting trade-offs, risks, costs, and architectural decisions.\nDefine and validate non-functional requirements (NFRs) including availability, scalability, performance, resilience, security, privacy, disaster recovery, maintainability, and supportability.\nDesign integration solutions using appropriate patterns such as APIs, event-driven architecture, messaging, microservices, batch/file integration, and third-party/SaaS integrations.\nEnsure solutions comply with organizational standards for security, data protection, regulatory requirements, architecture principles, technology standards, and cloud governance.\nIdentify architecture risks, technical debt, dependencies, assumptions, and constraints early and define appropriate mitigation strategies.\nParticipate in architecture governance and design reviews, presenting solutions and obtaining required architecture/security approvals.\nCollaborate with Enterprise and Domain Architects to ensure solutions align with broader enterprise architecture, reusable platforms, strategic roadmaps, and modernization objectives.\nSupport modernization initiatives including cloud adoption, application modernization, API enablement, automation, AI-enabled solutions, and legacy transformation, where appropriate.\nProvide architecture oversight for large and complex technology programs, including initiatives involving significant third-party/vendor solutions and technology investment.\nWhat you need to have:\nThe successful candidate should demonstrate strong experience in:\nEnd-to-end Solution Architecture\nCloud architecture, preferably AWS and/or Azure\nApplication and integration architecture\nAPI and event-driven architecture\nMicroservices and distributed systems\nData architecture and data integration\nSecurity and Identity & Access Management\nHigh availability, resilience and disaster recovery\nPerformance and scalability\nDevSecOps and CI/CD concepts\nObservability and operational architecture\nSaaS/COTS and third-party product integration\nCost optimization and solution lifecycle considerations\nWorking with Agile/product-based engineering teams\nLeading technical discussions across multiple engineering and architecture disciplines\nMulti-Factor Authentication (MFA)\nSingle Sign-On (OAuth, SAML)\nDevelopment Stack-MEAN stack, .NET Core, Python, or similar middleware technologies\nWhat makes you stand out:\nThe candidate should be a seasoned technology professional capable of working independently with minimal supervision while providing technical leadership across multiple teams.
