This role will be based in Warsaw. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.\nAs a Programme Trainer, you will design, build and lead a comprehensive training and upskilling programme that develops EBSC colleagues to professional claim handler competency. You will bring deep claims expertise and the ability to translate complex knowledge into structured, measurable learning outcomes.
