With offices across North America, we combine the personalized service model of a local consultant with the global resources of the world’s leading professional services firm, Marsh (NYSE: MRSH).\nA day in the life.\nThe Business Insurance Client Advisor will be accountable for managing a high-profile book of business that is complex to handle and generates substantial revenue that is critical to the company operations.\nAs our Client Advisor on the Business Insurance team, you’ll\nManage Renewal Process\nProvide insurance advice pertaining to technical aspects and service support of new and renewal business including maintaining client retention of existing accounts\nCommunication/Client Service (internal & external clients)\nMaster Sagitta Agency Management System and document management system\nMentor associates\nProblem solving including abstract reasoning\nManage client accounts receivables/payables\nTime management and organization\nProfessional Growth and Development\nOur future colleague.\nWe’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nActive and Current Florida 2-20 insurance license\n5 years of account management experience within an insurance agency\nExperience in a supervisory or team lead role\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Products\nExcellent customer service skills \nAbility to communicate clearly (in writing and verbally\nThorough knowledge of insurance terminology and insurance products and their usage \nThese additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:\nBachelor’s degree or higher\nExperience with Sagitta and/or ImageRight\nWe know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes.
