As a trusted partner, we show our clients what’s possible and guide them during every step of their journey.\nA day in the life.\nAs our Client Advisor on the Business Insurance team, you’ll\n· Manage Renewal Process\n· Provide insurance advice pertaining to technical aspects and service support of new and renewal business including maintaining client retention of existing accounts\n· Communication/Client Service (internal & external clients)\n· Master Sagitta Agency Management System and document management system\n· Mentor associates\n· Problem solving including abstract reasoning\n· Manage client accounts receivables/payables\n· Time management and organization\n· Professional Growth and Development\nOur future colleague.\nWe’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:\n· High school diploma or equivalent\n· Active and Current Florida 2-20 insurance license\n· 5 years of account management experience within an insurance agency\n· Experience in a supervisory or team lead role\n· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Products\n· Excellent customer service skills\n· Ability to communicate clearly (in writing and verbally\n· Thorough knowledge of insurance terminology and insurance products and their usage\nThese additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:\n· Bachelor’s degree or higher\n· Experience with Sagitta and/or ImageRight\nWe know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes.
