With offices across North America, we combine the personalized service model of a local consultant with the global resources of the world’s leading professional services firm, Marsh (NYSE: MRSH).\nA day in the life.\nThe Client Coordinator provides support to the Private Client Service (PCS) team for new and renewal business. This role is responsible for a broad range of daily servicing tasks in support of an assigned team or book of business.\n· Support the Private Client Service (PCS) team with new and renewal business\n· Gather client information, prepare applications, and research policy and premium data\n· Prepare accurate quotes and proposal materials\n· Process new business, renewals, endorsements, claims, and related documentation in carrier and agency systems\n· Invoice new business, renewals, and endorsements according to agency procedures\n· Update the agency management system as needed\n· Prepare certificates of insurance and evidence of insurance\n· Support departmental compliance and help ensure accurate, timely communication\n· Maintain strong working relationships with clients, carriers, and team members\nEnsure confidentiality of information and maintain accurate agency management system records\n· Use online rating and insurance analysis tools\nConsistently strives to make a positive contribution to customer satisfaction.\n· Perform other duties as assigned to support the successful completion of the role.\nOur future colleague.\nWe’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:\nHigh school diploma or general education degree required.\nGood interpersonal skills and a high sense of urgency.\nExcellent written and verbal communication.\nProficiency in Microsoft office applications required.\nMust have the ability to work under pressure and multi-task.\nProperty/Casualty license or ability to attain is required.\nThese additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:\nPrior experience in High-Net-Worth marketplace preferred.\n2+ years’ experience in customer service, personal lines insurance for a carrier or broker preferred.\nCIC, CPCU, CPRIA, CPRM, or CISR designation preferred.\nWe know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes.
