As a trusted partner, we show our clients what’s possible and guide them during every step of their journey.\nA day in the life.\nAs our Client Manager on the Private Client Services team, you’ll be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring timely service delivery, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This role involves coordinating the marketing process, preparing proposals, binding coverage, and maintaining accurate policy documentation. The Client Manager will also provide administrative support, assist clients with their insurance needs, and collaborate with team members to drive agency goals.\nOur future colleague.\nWe’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent, required.\n3+ years of experience working in customer service, underwriting, private client/personal lines insurance for a carrier or broker preferred.\nFamiliarity with insurance company markets, binding authority, and underwriting guidelines preferred.\nMust be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills.\nGood interpersonal skills and a high sense of urgency.\nExcellent written and verbal communication.\nProficiency in Microsoft office applications required.\nMust have the ability to work under pressure and multi-task.\nAbility to work well in a team environment, maintain a positive work atmosphere, and develop healthy relationships internally and externally.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to negotiate quotations, evaluate client needs, and develop innovative business solutions.\nBe a self-starter and problem solver.\nProperty/Casualty license or ability to attain is required.\nWe know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes.
