This is a hybrid role, with a requirement to work in the office three days per week.\nThe role: Executive Compensation Consultant\nAs a core member the team, you’ll work with a diverse range of clients and industries, taking on roles as project manager to help diagnose client issues and develop executive remuneration solutions for Remuneration Committees and management. You will collaborate with our Reward team, which supports broader workforce reward strategies.\nWe will rely on you to:\nManage project deliverables to prepare for Remuneration Committee or Executive Committee meetings. Serve as a point of contact for clients and to build trusted advisor relationships.\nDraft and review reports and analysis.
