The HR Generalist is a key contributor in areas of employee onboarding and learning, hiring, employee relations, and benefits administration, with a continued focus on being an employer of choice.\nOur future colleague.\nWe’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:\nHigh school diploma required, Bachelor's degree in related field preferred\nMinimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience, experience working in a fast paced, professional team environment preferred\nKnowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations\nDemonstrated experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development\nExcellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills\nAbility to build effective relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities\nHR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus\nWe know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes.
