Specific activities may change from time to time.\nComplete customer data entry according to procedures.\nManaging inventory levels ofoffice supplies, overseeingthe ordering process, receiving deliveries, and organizing storage areas.\nProcess endorsements, audits,execute bonds, bond documents, bondchecks and certificates.\nInvoice premiums related to clients.\nOpen, distribute, scan and route mail.\nAssist in planning office events and meetings\nShow proficiency in utilizing resources and software to generate reports and/or other requested information.\nComplete routinely daily, weekly, and monthly reports, as assigned.\nRetrieve information from carrier web-sites, as required, and keep our Client Management system, appropriately updated.\nSupport service and production team in reaching overall agency revenue and retention goals.\nMaintains up to date knowledge of: departmental systems, related technology, and policies and procedures.\nPerform other duties, as assigned.\nQualifications\nThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
