Marsh Risk Tech is seeking to appoint a hands-on, delivery-oriented Lead Agentic Engineer to work directly with the business to prototype, shape, and deliver strategic technology initiatives. This is a business-facing, high-autonomy role within the Marsh Risk Product Development & Engineering team, based in the Marsh Innovation Centre in Dublin.\nThe Agentic Engineer combines solution design, full-stack engineering, workflow automation, and AI-enabled delivery. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify opportunities, rapidly prototype solutions, and progress successful concepts into production. You will also investigate external integration opportunities, assess third-party tools and platforms, and determine practical approaches to connecting business systems, APIs, workflow engines, and vendor services into robust, supportable solutions.
