This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Candidates must be able to work UK business hours (i.e. 11:30AM - 8:30PM IST/7AM - 4PM GMT) and may occasionally need to work beyond those hours to meet deadlines.\nThe Sales Enablement CoE supports various Marsh businesses worldwide primarily across Proposal & Bid Management, Client Research and Creative Services.\nThe purpose of this role is to provide bid and administrative support for our Risk Management (large and complex clients) team in the UK. This role is expected to gradually transition into an end-to-end Bid Management role.\nWe will count on you to:\nSupport our team of onshore bid managers, based in the UK, with proposal related administrative support. This will include:\nUsing our bid and reporting tools (QorusDocs / RMI) to produce first draft proposals and complete ITT requests for clients and prospects.\nLiaising with the Marsh Risk Industry team to obtain and refine industry specific content and insights for RFP responses.\nMaintaining the team work tracker, ensuring that all ongoing and completed RFPs are recorded accurately with up-to-date statuses.\nWorking with our Industry specialists to provide insights and client information packs for our bid team.\nCreating and maintaining the RMI content library and keeping it up-to-date with standard content from recent RFPs.\nOwning the debrief process, ensuring that debriefs are collected, aggregating those debriefs and providing quarterly reporting.\nUpon gaining maturity in above processes, you will be expected to start managing smaller and less complex opportunities under the supervision of a Bid Manager.\nWhat you need to have:\nGraduate in Science, Technology, Engineering, Commerce, etc.\n6-8 years of experience in a pre-sales/ proposal writing, bid management environment\nExperience of working as a part of bid teams in large professional services setups\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nProficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel\nBusiness writing ability with strong grammar and proofreading/ editing skills\nAbility to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines\nWhat makes you stand out?\nCertificate of Insurance Qualification or equivalent\nExperience on bid lifecycle and content/proposal management tools would be preferred\nAbility to multi-task and to follow instructions, a right first-time approach\nExperience of working with UK/Europe based bid centres\nWhy join our team:\nWe help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.\nWe foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact for colleagues, clients and communities.\nOur scale enables us to provide a range of career opportunities, as well as benefits and rewards to enhance your well-being.\nMarsh is committed to embracing a diverse, inclusive and flexible work environment.
