You will support clients and brokers in understanding reinsurer security, by analysing and providing data to support them in making informed decisions regarding their reinsurer selection.\n\nWorking mainly within Market Intelligence, you’ll collaborate with the wider Ratings Advisory team, other Global Analytics & Advisory division, broking teams, Marsh Re Securities, and occasionally Marsh Risk, Mercer, and Oliver Wyman.\n\nLead the creation and review of analytical reports on (re)insurance companies for brokers and clients.\n\nHelp in keeping Marsh Re market security platform up to date.\n\nRespond to brokers’ and clients’ questions regarding reinsurance markets in a timely manner.\n\nPresent market insights and findings to stakeholders.\n\nConduct research and data analysis and produce newsletters and research notes on reinsurers.\n\nBuild and maintain relationships with brokers, (re)insurers, and clients.\n\nAdditional responsibilities include attending rating agency events and managing large financial datasets to generate actionable insights.\n\nWhat you need to have:\nDeep (re)insurance industry knowledge from experience working in an insurer’s or broker’s market security department, with rating agencies, advisory firms, or consultancies specialising in reinsurer analysis.\n\nProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).\n\nExperience with LLMs or AI tools to enhance efficiency is a plus.\n\nWhat makes you stand out?\nStrong relationship-building and communication skills.\n\nExcellent analytical abilities.\n\nCommitment to continuous personal and professional growth.\n\nFluency in English and another European language (Spanish or French preferred).\n\nMarsh (NYSE: MRSH) is a global leader in risk, reinsurance and capital, people and investments, and management consulting, advising clients in 130 countries.
