You will be responsible for managing end-to-end projects for our change and transformation initiatives. You will work closely with both Divisional Leadership and the Transformation Office to deliver change and achieve project outcomes.\nWhat can you expect?\nLead end-to-end delivery of complex transformation projects, with a focus on technical initiatives including platform builds, data, system integrations, process automation, and technology-enabled change. \nDeliver measurable business outcomes on time, within budget, and to agreed quality and stakeholder-satisfaction standards.\nDevelop and maintain integrated project plans, delivery roadmaps, governance structures, and decision-making forums required for successful execution.\nAct as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing clear, timely updates on progress, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and scope changes.\nLead cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability across business, technology, data, operations, and product partners. \nSupport enterprise transformation initiatives by working closely with senior stakeholders across global teams and functions.\nManage project financials, including budgets, forecasts, benefits tracking, and cost control, in partnership with project sponsors and leadership.\nDirect the creation of, and/or adherence to, actionable change delivery tools- including stakeholder and sponsor roadmaps, change communication plans, training needs analysis and delivery plans, and transition support models.\nWe will count on you to:\nBuild detailed project plans covering scope, milestones, timelines, resource requirements, dependencies, and critical-path activities.\nIntegrate change management activities into the overall business / program objectives and delivery plans.\nEstablish and manage project governance, including steering committees, workstream meetings, , decision logs, and reporting cadence.\nCoordinate delivery across technical and business teams to ensure requirements, designs, testing, deployment, and adoption activities remain aligned.\nPartner with technical leads, architects, data teams, and vendors to understand delivery requirements, constraints, risks, and interdependencies.\nCreate and manage project budgets, tracking actuals against forecasts and escalating financial risks or variances promptly.\nIdentify, assess, and manage delivery risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies; develop practical mitigation and contingency plans.\nSet priorities, allocate tasks, coordinate project resources, and drive timely resolution of blockers.\nPrepare concise, executive-ready project reporting for senior management and stakeholders.\nProduce and maintain high-quality project documentation, including charters, plans, status reports, meeting materials, decision papers, and implementation plans.\nFacilitate effective meetings and workshops that create alignment, clarify accountability, and drive decisions.\nWork collaboratively with transformation / project teams to ensure clear alignment of change management strategy with overall business vision and strategy and program/project objectives and deliverables.\nDevelop roadmaps, process flows, visual aids, and other project artifacts that help cross-functional teams establish a common understanding of delivery goals and ways of working.\nIdentify and asses people risks and impacts, including anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific mitigation plans.\nConduct post-implementation reviews, capture lessons learned, and apply continuous-improvement practices to future delivery.\nWhat you need to have:\n6-8 years of experience leading projects, workstreams, transitions, or transformation initiatives in complex environments.\nExperience delivering technology-enabled projects, such as system implementations, digital builds, data and analytics initiatives, integrations, or process automation.\nDemonstrated ability to manage projects through the full delivery lifecycle, from initiation and planning through implementation, handover, and benefits realization.\nFamiliarity with OCM / OD and people focused change management principles, methodologies, and approaches. \nExperience working with senior stakeholders and navigating multiple, often competing, priorities.\nStrong understanding of project governance, planning, budgeting, risk management, dependency management, and reporting.\nProven track record of delivering projects within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality constraints.\nExcellent stakeholder-management, written, verbal, and presentation skills.\nStrong attention to detail, sound judgement, and the ability to translate ambiguity into structured plans and actions.\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively within global, cross-functional teams.\nComfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and managing tight deadlines.\nWhat makes you stand out?\nProject-management certification, such as PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, Scrum, or equivalent.\nExperience managing technical delivery projects involving data, systems, software development, technology platforms, or integrations.\nExperience working in a large, complex, global organization with diverse stakeholder groups.\nStrong business-analysis, process-improvement, organizational-design, or change-management experience.\nExperience with project-management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Aha, MS Project, or similar.\nMBA or other relevant advanced degree.\nMarsh (NYSE: MRSH) is a global leader in risk, reinsurance and capital, people and investments, and management consulting, advising clients in 130 countries. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.The applicable base salary range for this role is $97,700 to $195,200.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
