You'll also assist Producers in the acquisition and retention of business.\nOur future colleague.\nWe’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:\nBachelor's Degree\n\nFive years of experience in a risk management consulting position either in private industry or Insurance company capacity or equivalent education and related training\n\nEffective verbal and written communication skills\n\nAbility to travel in assigned territory including overnight on a regular basis\n\nProblem solving ability and negotiating skills working with senior level client staff\n\nAbove average interpersonal skills\n\nAbility to work in a team-based environment\n\nGoal and result orientated\n\nAbility to complete assigned tasks with minimum supervision\n\nThese additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:\nARM, CRM, CFPS, RIMS-CRMP, PTC Certificates, RMI, Fire Science degrees\n\nIndustry Experience 3-7 Years, Technical Expertise in ISO building construction classifications, NFPA standards, and OSHA Regulations\n\nStrong analytical skills and the ability to communicate risks to clients, and internal colleagues\n\nWe know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
