The role will focus heavily on Lightning development, platform configuration, integrations, and ongoing enhancement of business processes across Salesforce.\nYou’ll also help improve development standards, code quality, release readiness, documentation, and overall platform stability as we continue maturing our delivery and DevOps model.\nWhat you’ll be responsible for\nDesign and develop solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.\nBuild and enhance Lightning pages, custom components, workflows, and business automation.\nDevelop scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.\nConfigure and extend Salesforce using Flow, validation rules, custom objects, permission sets, and other platform capabilities.\nSupport integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns.\nParticipate in solution design, technical reviews, code reviews, and estimation sessions.\nWork closely with BAs and Product Managers to refine requirements and acceptance criteria.\nSupport QA, UAT, defect resolution, and production validation.\nFollow source-control, branching, deployment, and release-management standards.\nHelp improve unit-test coverage, regression readiness, and technical documentation.\nTroubleshoot production issues and support root-cause analysis.\nIdentify technical debt and recommend opportunities to simplify or improve existing solutions.\nCollaborate with onshore, offshore, nearshore, and vendor development teams.\nMaintain awareness of Salesforce platform releases and recommend relevant capabilities.\nWhat we’re looking for\nStrong hands-on Salesforce development experience.\nDeep experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).\nStrong Apex development skills, including triggers, classes, asynchronous Apex, batch processing, and test classes.\nExperience with SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce data model, and security model.\nStrong understanding of Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, Sharing Rules, and Salesforce access controls.\nExperience with Salesforce Flow and declarative automation.\nExperience building or supporting integrations using APIs.\nExperience with Salesforce DX, source control, and CI/CD.\nFamiliarity with GitHub, Azure DevOps, Flosum, Copado, Gearset, or similar DevOps tools.\nUnderstanding of enterprise development standards, code review, release management, and SDLC.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nComfortable working in an Agile / sprint-based delivery environment.\nPreferred experience\nExperience with Experience Cloud and external portals.\nExperience with complex Salesforce integrations.\nInsurance, brokerage, financial services, or other regulated-industry experience.\nExperience with Salesforce data migrations and large-volume data processing.\nFamiliarity with MuleSoft or other integration platforms.\nExperience with Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement is a plus.\nExperience with CRMA, Tableau, Data Cloud, or Agentforce is a plus.\nExposure to automated testing frameworks and QA automation is a plus.\nCertifications preferred\nSalesforce Platform Developer I\nSalesforce Platform Developer II\nPlatform App Builder\nSales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant\nExperience Cloud Consultant\nWe know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes.
