This is a client-facing role, ideal for someone with proven experience supporting or leading the full renewal process across commercial insurance programmes, managing placement strategy, and delivering exceptional service to clients.\nWhat can you expect?\nThe opportunity to join a growing, highly successful team supporting a diverse portfolio of commercial clients with tailored insurance solutions\nA client-facing role where you will build trusted relationships with clients, insurers and colleagues across Marsh\nThe chance to contribute to market-leading service delivery, placing clients at the centre of everything we do\nExcellent training, development and progression opportunities within a business committed to developing talent\nThe opportunity to work for a respected global brand with deep market expertise and broad capability\nWhat can you expect to do?\nAct as a lead advisory colleague on a medium-sized, less complex book of business\nSupport Client Executives with renewal and placement strategy for commercial insurance programmes\nManage mid-term changes to risk and respond to client requirements throughout the policy cycle\nRequest, review and interpret underwriting information on behalf of clients\nPrepare and submit accurate market presentations and slips in consultation with Client Executives and the Placement Team\nUse Marsh’s online trading systems to collate, negotiate and evaluate renewal terms with existing and prospective insurers\nWork closely with Placement, Advisory Leaders and Client Executives to deliver the best outcomes for clients\nProduce and/or request insurer documentation and ensure accuracy across all client deliverables\nReview and comment on indemnity and insurance clauses where required\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key day-to-day point of contact for service needs\nMaintain high standards across client delivery, including monitoring service, documentation and invoicing\nStay close to market developments and contribute to Marsh’s collective knowledge and expertise\nWhat we’re looking for\nProven experience working on the full renewal process for commercial insurance programmes\nStrong client-facing experience and confidence in building credible, trusted relationships\nExcellent organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and enquiries simultaneously\nA solid understanding of clients’ businesses, their insurance programmes, business issues and service requirements\nThe ability to work collaboratively with client teams, placement colleagues and insurers to deliver high-quality outcomes\nWhat makes you stand out\nA proactive, dynamic approach with strong interpersonal and communication skills\nThe ability to remain calm under pressure and work flexibly when required\nCert CII qualified, with progress towards ACII desirable\nMarsh (NYSE: MRSH) is a global leader in risk, reinsurance and capital, people and investments, and management consulting, advising clients in 130 countries.
