With offices across North America, we combine the personalized service model of a local consultant with the global resources of the world’s leading professional services firm, Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MRSH).\nA day in the life.\nAs our Client Service Senior Manager on the Personal Lines team, you’ll be responsible for a personal lines account management team to deliver high-quality client service, support business growth, and achieve retention objectives. This role oversees team performance, staffing, and workload distribution while fostering talent development through training and mentoring. The position also serves as a key relationship manager for clients, prospects, producers, and internal stakeholders, addressing complex client needs and supporting sales and retention strategies in alignment with compliance and professional standards.\nOur future colleague.\nWe’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:\nLead, train, mentor, and oversee performance for an account management team.\nCoordinate team workload and staffing to ensure appropriate coverage and effective support for client needs.\nPartner with account management colleagues to support client retention efforts and generate new personal lines business.\nContribute to the execution of growth and retention strategies and support achievement of sales goals.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, producers, and internal client service teams.\nServe as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to complex questions and resolving escalated service issues.\nDeliver best-in-class client service to enhance the overall client experience and strengthen client loyalty.\nMaintain a strong understanding of changing market conditions, industry trends, and client needs.\nEnsure compliance with all applicable regulatory, professional, and transparency standards in all client and business interactions.\nThese additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:\nAt least 3 years of management experience recommended\nProperty & Casualty License\nPersonal Lines Insurance experience\nWe know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes.
