This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.\nIn this role, you will support procurement operations with a focus on purchase-to-pay, invoice processing, supplier management, and compliance. You will work closely with Business/OPS leaders, Quality and Governance experts, and the broader Procurement team to help improve operational excellence and deliver measurable service and cost improvements.\nWe will count on you to:\nResolve detailed vendor issues related to price, delivery, and contractual terms to sustain supplier relationships.\nReview purchasing transactions and perform compliance checks, recommending sourcing or contract actions where needed.\nManage AP/invoice processing activities including invoice receipt, validation, three-way matching (PO-receipt-invoice), exception handling, and escalation to suppliers or internal stakeholders.\nPerform invoice reconciliation and support resolution of invoice discrepancies, credit notes, and supplier statement reconciliations.\nCoordinate with Accounts Payable to ensure timely payment, process urgent/priority invoices, and support payment runs where required.\nMaintain accurate purchase order and supplier records; attach and manage supporting documentation.\nConduct supplier research and support supplier onboarding and performance monitoring.\nProvide stakeholder updates on order/invoice status, exceptions, remediation actions, and aging.\nIdentify small improvement projects and support continuous improvement in P2P processes (e.g., automation opportunities, workflow updates).\nWhat you need to have:\n2 years’ experience in procurement services, P2P operations, or supplier management, including hands-on AP/invoice processing.\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.\nStrong English (C1/C2) and fluent local language where required.\nWhat makes you stand out:\nExperience with Oracle ERP (iProcurement) or SAP and AP modules; familiarity with three-way matching and invoice workflow automation.\nStrong experience with invoice reconciliation, dispute resolution, and supplier statement management.\nExperience in insurance or broking environment an advantage.\nStrong Excel and reporting skills; experience with spend analysis tools (Apex/Power BI).\nExcellent stakeholder service orientation, written and verbal communication.\nDemonstrated ability to follow documented P2P processes and to escalate properly.\nWhy join our team:\nWe help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.\nWe foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact for colleagues, clients and communities.\nOur scale enables us to provide a range of career opportunities, as well as benefits and rewards to enhance your well-being.\nMarsh (NYSE: MRSH) is a global leader in risk, reinsurance and capital, people and investments, and management consulting, advising clients in 130 countries.
