Utilizing proprietary technology and data, we equip organizations with tailored claims strategies to reduce claims exposure and enhance the efficiency of their claims programs.\nWe will count on you to:\nSupport Casualty Claims reporting by updating loss data, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of reports, and enabling stakeholders to address business challenges effectively.\nTake full ownership of gathering, standardizing, and transforming claims data to create insightful dashboards using Power BI and Excel.\nDrive process efficiencies through automation by identifying automation opportunities and designing/implementing automated solutions.\nAutomate recurring reporting and data preparation tasks.\nWork on practice development initiatives to expand team capabilities, enhance service offerings, and strengthen the overall consulting practice.\nSupport with data quality checks and issue resolutions.\nExtract data from multiple sources such as external systems, databases, flat files, and APIs.\nLeverage in-house AI tools and solutions to optimise day-to-day claims reporting and workflows.\nMaintain regular and effective stakeholder communication to gather requirements and resolve queries in a timely manner.\nWhat you need to have:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Applications, Business Analytics, or similar discipline.\n4 - 6 years of professional experience in claims and analytics, with a strong ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights that drive business strategies and enhance claims performance.\nInsurance domain experience across casualty coverages, with a deep understanding of claims data and the claim lifecycle.\nTechnical Skills: Excel, Power BI, Power Query and VBA with experience in data transformation, modelling and visualization.
