As a mid-level member of the team, you’ll take ownership of features and components end to end, turning ideas into practical applications that address real business and client needs - with AI and LLMs the biggest part of the toolkit, alongside data, integration, and automation. And you’ll do it from Dublin, one of Europe’s most dynamic and well-connected tech hubs.\n What you need to have:\nSolid software engineering experience (typically 2-5 years), with a track record of delivering features independently\n\nExperience contributing to production-grade applications\n\nHands-on experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript development, including a framework such as React, Vue, or Angular\n\nBackend experience with Node.js, NestJS, or similar technologies\n\nExperience using Python to build AI-powered workflows, integrations, or applications\n\nGood understanding of APIs and integrating AI into real-world products and business processes\n\nHands-on experience building with LLMs, including prompt design, tool use, and structured outputs\n\nFamiliarity with RAG, retrieval pipelines, and embeddings\n\nExposure to modern agent patterns and multi-step, tool-connected workflows\n\nWorking knowledge of AWS and Kubernetes, and an interest in how AI applications are deployed and scaled\n\nGood communication skills, a practical and thoughtful approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work across engineering and business teams\n\n What makes you stand out:\nExperience taking features from early experimentation through to production use\n\nCuriosity about emerging standards in the agent ecosystem, including Model Context Protocol (MCP)\n\nExposure to vector databases and semantic search\n\nAn eye for the quality, reliability, latency, and cost-efficiency of AI systems\n\nExposure to AI evaluation frameworks, testing approaches, and guardrails for reliable and responsible AI\n\nA willingness to support others and contribute to engineering best practices\n\nWe know that candidates may not meet every listed requirement exactly.
