This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.\nJob Title: Senior Analyst / Specialist/ Senior Specialist - Insurance Operations\nWe’re seeking an individual who is prepared to handle complex and varied insurance tasks. This person will have the opportunity to gain an understanding of agency management, product distribution and underwriting procedures that enhance growth and underwriting profit.\nWe will count on you to:\nProcess Management:\n· Manages personal workload to guarantee timely task delivery in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).\n· Familiar with process steps and guidelines, ensuring tasks are processed according to established procedures.\n· Take full responsibility for the quality of data and the overall delivery process.\n· Engage in user acceptance testing (UAT) of system changes to verify accuracy and consistency of outcomes.\n· Contribute insights and suggestions to leadership for ongoing process enhancements.\n· Support team members by stepping in during peak times or when colleagues are unavailable to maintain business continuity.\nRisk & Compliance:\n· Ensure that all statutory regulations and company procedures are followed to protect clients, colleagues and the business interest of the company.\n· Appropriate usage of systems to monitor, record and retain information.\n· Proactively ensures compliance with regulatory and risks framework.\n· Identify and evaluate risks appropriately.
