Acting as a senior technical escalation point, you'll work closely with internal teams and external technology partners while leading infrastructure projects from design through to delivery.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and optimise Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualisation, storage, backup and disaster recovery environments.\nSupport and develop Azure infrastructure, including networking, governance, VMs, VPNs and disaster recovery solutions.\nAdminister Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and Purview.\nLead endpoint management and modern workplace initiatives using Intune and Autopilot.\nManage identity and access controls across hybrid Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments.\nOversee network security technologies including firewalls, VPNs and switching infrastructure.\nLead global infrastructure projects and coordinate third-party suppliers and MSPs.\nSupport vulnerability remediation, cyber security initiatives and compliance programmes.\n\nRequirements\nStrong experience within IT Infrastructure\nWindows Server, VMware and/or Hyper-V environments.\nAzure IaaS, networking and cloud governance.\nMicrosoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, PIM and Single Sign-On.\nMicrosoft Intune, Autopilot and endpoint security management.\nMicrosoft 365 administration and collaboration platforms.\nBackup, disaster recovery and enterprise security best practices.\nManaging vendors, stakeholders and delivering technical projects.\n\nDesirable Skills\nPalo Alto Firewalls and GlobalProtect.\nCisco Switching and Cisco ISE.\nCitrix / NetScaler.\nAzure AI Foundry, Power Platform or Power BI/Fabric.\nITIL, Microsoft Azure/M365 certifications, CCNA or relevant degree.\n\nLocation: London (hybrid - 4 days on site per week)\nThis is the chance to join a global organisation with excellent career-growth opportunites.
