From producing industry-leading solutions to driving continuous improvement, our teams play a critical role in helping customers build with confidence and create places that last for generations.\nWe're now looking for a Production Operative to join our Manufacturing team at Pollington.\nSo what's the mission?\n You’ll join a hands-on manufacturing team at the heart of producing our industry leading concrete drainage solutions, from large pipes to manholes. You’ll build your skills using a range of tools, machinery, and lifting equipment, all while working closely with a supportive team around you.\nThis is a role where you can really make an impact. You’ll play a key part in keeping production running smoothly, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency making sure we deliver the high standards we’re known for.\nWhat are the mission-critical skills?\nProven and consistent ability to operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently\nExperience setting up machines, adjusting parameters, and ensuring optimal performance\nAbility to identify faults, troubleshoot issues, and escalate where necessary\nBasic mechanical knowledge with the ability to carry out routine checks and minor maintenance\nUnderstanding of production processes, machine cycles, and output optimisation\nExperience completing start-up, shutdown, and changeover procedures\nAbility to read and follow technical instructions, SOPs, and production specifications\nStrong focus on quality control, ensuring products meet required standards\nAccurate recording of production data, downtime, and performance metrics\nStrong awareness and commitment to SHEQ standards\nFLT licence desirable\nWhy join Marshalls?\n Our colleagues have been at the heart of Marshalls for generations and will continue to be the driving force behind our success for generations to come.
