Your ideas matter, your growth is prioritized, and your work helps shape a more secure future for all.\nThis position is based out of Marshall+Sterling's Poughkeepsie Office.\nWe’re seeking a skilled IT Systems Engineer to join our IT help desk. This role is the first point of contact for technical issues and plays a vital role in supporting our employees and technology infrastructure, including Microsoft O365, Intune, Azure Virtual Desktops, Salesforce, Vertafore, and other business-critical platforms. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values problem-solving, and is motivated by making an impact.\nTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to minimize disruption to business operations.\nDaily checks of off-site spam, attachment, and content filters.\nTroubleshoot access and performance issues with the cloud desktop environment. \nManage help desk tickets to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.\nParticipate in an after-hours on-call rotation to respond to urgent employee support issues.\nSupport technology rollouts, upgrades, and testing.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field - or equivalent experience.\nExperience in IT support, systems engineering, or a related technical role.\nStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation skills.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.\nFlexibility to work overnight, and weekends as required.\nValid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.\nTravel to Marshall+Sterling offices as needed to provide on-site support for technology upgrades and rollouts.\nPreferred:\nCertifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals.\nExperience with Vertafore (AMS360, ImageRight) or Salesforce.\nFamiliarity with compliance frameworks (NYDFS, SOC 2, HIPAA).\nTotal Rewards Package:\nCompensation: $65,000 - $70,000, based on experience, education, and work location.\nBenefits: Comprehensive package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with match, Generous Paid Time Off (PTO), thirteen paid holidays, company-paid life insurance for you and your dependents, employee assistance fund and programs, wellness perks, and more!\nEmployee Stock Ownership Program\nAs a 100% employee-owned company, Marshall+Sterling offers you the unique opportunity to build long-term wealth while growing your career.
