The Digital Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal support role on the Global Marketing team. As MarshBerry continues to grow, the ability to maintain our digital properties, support lead generation efforts through builds and deployment and report on our initiatives is increasingly important. While this person reports to the SVP, Digital Marketing, they will support our Campaign Managers and work closely with the brand team on the day-to-day roll out of marketing and thought leaderships campaigns ensuring social content, digital content and email campaigns are deployed accurately and on schedule.\nThis is a hybrid position based out of our Woodmere, OH office. This individual will work onsite Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Friday's.\nWebsite & Digital Content Management\nManage and publish content across MarshBerry websites\nBuild and maintain webpages for thought leadership, transactions, events, solutions and firm initiatives\nPublish deal announcements, press releases and market updates in a timely manner\nMaintain website content quality, accuracy and consistency across all digital properties\nSupport website enhancements and user experience improvements in partnership with external developers\nMonitor website functionality and coordinate issue resolution when needed\nLinkedIn & Social Media\nExecute the firm's LinkedIn publishing calendar across MarshBerry channels and pages\nSchedule and manage content through social publishing platforms\nPublish thought leadership, transactions, event promotions and firm announcements on website\nCreate and resize digital assets for social media campaigns\nMonitor social media performance and recommend opportunities to improve engagement and reach\nEmail Marketing\nBuild and deploy thought leadership email assets\nDevelop and manage segmentation lists within the marketing automation platform\nDevelop reports within the automation platforms to help the team determine effectiveness\nSync campaigns as necessary to the CRM for the sales team to have insight into leads\nMarketing Support\nAssist with deal tracking and digital asset creation\nProvide digital support for new solutions, practice launches and strategic marketing initiatives\nQualifications:\nYears of Experience: 1-2 years of experience working in communications, marketing, or digital marketing\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or related field OR a combination of education and work experience\nStrong critical thinking and analysis\nExcellent project management skills; you know how to take a list of ideas and turn it into an actionable plan, and you are comfortable coordinating across team members\nExcellent verbal communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills\nA roll-up-your-sleeves, get-it-done attitude\nStrong attention to detail in grammar, spelling, and copy-editing\nMust adhere to brand standards as developed and managed by the brand team\nWorking at MarshBerry\nWho We Are:\nMarshBerry is a global leader in investment banking and strategic consulting for the financial services industry.
