We offer competitive benefits, hybrid work schedules, new challenges, and learning experiences.\nJob Details\nPosition Summary:\nMarshBerry is currently seeking a Graphic Design Intern for Summer 2027 on the Global Marketing team, based in our Woodmere, OH office. The Graphic Design Intern will gain hands-on experience and exposure to a wide range of creative projects supporting our corporate brand, marketing initiatives, internal communications, and events. The Graphic Design Intern will support the Visual Brand team in developing and producing engaging, on-brand creative materials across print and digital channels. The Intern will gain practical experience applying brand standards, translating creative briefs into effective visual solutions, preparing production-ready assets, and incorporating feedback throughout the design process. The role is design-focused while offering exposure to the broader Global Marketing team, including Brand, Digital, and Experiential Marketing.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign and adapt marketing materials, including sell sheets, one-pagers, social media graphics, digital advertising, internal communications, and presentation visuals.\nSupport event marketing through promotional graphics, imagery selection, and adaptation of branded creative for different formats and applications.\nAssist with PowerPoint presentations, reusable templates, and branded content for internal teams and external audiences.\nSource, select, crop, and prepare photography and other visual assets for marketing collateral, event materials, and digital channels.\nPrepare and update files for print and digital production, including resizing, layout adjustments, bleeds, file specifications, and quality checks.\nApply established visual identity guidelines consistently across deliverables and assist with updates to branded templates and assets as standards evolve.\nParticipate in creative brainstorming, concept development, design reviews, and revisions based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.\nCollaborate with the Visual Brand team and other Global Marketing colleagues to understand project objectives, priorities, and deadlines.\nTake ownership of selected design assignments, with guidance and mentorship, from initial brief through final delivery.\nSelection Criteria\nEducation & Experience:\nCurrently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a closely related field; relevant coursework and student projects are welcome.\nPortfolio of design work required (academic, personal, freelance, or professional projects accepted).\nUnderstanding of typography, layout, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.\nWorking knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.\nAdditional Skills & Qualities:\nStrong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.\nWillingness to collaborate, communicate ideas, receive feedback, and develop creative solutions.\nInterest in branding, corporate marketing, and designing for both print and digital environments.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Canva, or print production practices is a plus.\nExperience with motion graphics, video editing, or other creative tools is a plus, but not required.\nThe ideal candidate is curious, collaborative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how design supports business and marketing objectives in a fast-paced professional environment.\nWorking at MarshBerry\nWho We Are:\nMarshBerry practices The Collaborative Way which encourages employees to adhere to these five principles: listening generously, speaking straight, being for each other, acknowledgement & appreciation, and honoring commitments.
