You will build and nurture client relationships, act as a trusted advisor, pursue new business opportunities, and expand the range of Marsh products and services held by your clients in this dynamic industry.\nWe will count on you to:\nWork in a team-based servicing environment, supporting Energy and Power clients through their insurance renewals and annual insurance cycle.\nProvide support to Senior Account Executives and Principals with portfolio management.\nAssist in the development, implementation, and administration of risk management and insurance programmes that accurately address client needs.\nEstablish and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, acquiring an understanding their business and insurance needs.\nIdentify and pursue expansion opportunities within the Energy & Power portfolio by understanding internal offerings, market trends, and client priorities\nEnsure timely and accurate processing of invoices, policy accounting information, and other documentation.\nLiaise and negotiate with clients, underwriters, and claims managers while developing a technical understanding of relevant classes of insurance.\nWhat you need to have:\nExperience in a commercial insurance environment\nStrong business acumen with a solid understanding of general business functions, finance, and related issues\nA dedication to quality in all aspects of work performance and client services, with a passion for customer service.\nStrong teamwork skills, maintaining solid working relationships with colleagues, clients, insurers, and other stakeholders.\nExcellent communication skills to effectively engage with various audiences.\nTier 1 compliance certification and/or be prepared to work towards achieving compliance.\nWillingness to learn about the Energy & Power sector\nWhat makes you stand out:\nKnowledge of insurance products\nTier 1 FSRA Compliance certification\nExceptional communication and organisational skills\nTertiary qualifications are highly regarded but not mandatory\nHow to Apply:\nApplications should include a brief cover letter which outlines your interest in joining Marsh and more specifically, what's piqued your interest in the opportunity with our Energy and Power practice!\nMarsh’s Energy & power practice:\nMarsh’s Energy & Power practice in the Pacific supports clients across the full energy value chain with insurance broking and risk management solutions.
