will count on you to:\nBusiness Requirements & Strategy Translation\nTranslates business strategies and objectives into actionable business requirements, with deep understanding of insurance and reinsurance workflows\nProvides traceability of business requirements to IT Solutions and ensures system testing encompasses existing capabilities of solution as well as future function point requirements\nIdentifies, verifies and documents functional requirements using Requirements Management methodology and tools\nInsurance & Reinsurance Domain Expertise\nDemonstrates strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting processes, claims management, and reinsurance operations\nUnderstands key industry concepts including premium calculation, risk assessment, policy administration, and treaty/facultative reinsurance structures\nTranslates complex insurance and reinsurance business processes into system requirements that align with regulatory compliance and industry best practices\nPartners with underwriting, claims, finance and reinsurance teams to ensure solutions address industry-specific pain points and regulatory requirements\nIdentifies opportunities to modernize legacy insurance systems and improve data interoperability across the insurance value chain\nRequirements & Data Management\nIdentifies data elements and provides data mappings/dictionaries, with expertise in insurance-specific data structures (e.g., policy data, claims data, exposure data, cedent information)\nAnalyzes, designs, redesigns and documents \"as is\" and \"to be\" business processes specific to insurance operations\nEnsures development community has a clear and complete understanding of the requirements\nManages scope creep and prioritizes requirements based on business impact and regulatory deadlines\nQuality Assurance & User Acceptance\nConducts and facilitates acceptance tests for solutions with user community, including development of UAT test scenarios and test scripts tailored to insurance workflows\nDevelops, delivers and evaluates training and supplemental materials for insurance and reinsurance end-users\nWorks with business stakeholders to validate that solutions meet both functional and compliance requirements\nFeasibility & Impact Analysis\nConducts and analyzes feasibility studies and impact assessments regarding implementation of IT solutions against current state parameters (process, application use-cases, and non-functional impact)\nEvaluates integration requirements across insurance platforms (policy admin systems, claims systems, financial systems, reinsurance management systems)\nIdentifies risks and dependencies related to insurance data migration, legacy system decommissioning, and regulatory change management\nPartners implementation\nStakeholder Management: Experience managing competing priorities across multiple business units and vendors\n Regulatory Awareness: Understanding of insurance regulations and
