You’ll lead projects across data centers, power generation facilities, waste and water treatment plants, and other critical infrastructure, some of the most complex and high-profile work in the nation.\nThis position is based in the Kennesaw office; however, based on contractual and project requirements, the role will involve visits to project job sites as needed, coordinating closely with field teams, clients, and leadership.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAs a Project Manager, you’ll oversee concrete construction projects from start to finish, working closely with Superintendents, field teams, clients, and leadership. You’ll play a key role in planning, coordination, budgeting, and execution, making sure every project runs smoothly and meets our high standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage concrete construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.\nWork full-time from assigned job sites as needed, coordinating closely with field teams, clients, and leadership.\nCreate and maintain project budgets, schedules, and critical path plans.\nReview project labor costs weekly with Superintendents to ensure budgets are maintained.\nOversee project productivity, cost control, quality, and safety in line with company policies.\nCoordinate with operations teams on formwork, logistics, schedules, and budgets.\nCommunicate regularly with clients to ensure plans, schedules, and expectations are aligned.\nManage material buyouts and ensure timely delivery to job sites.\nPrepare and issue change orders, proposals, RFPs, budgets, and preliminary schedules.\nTrack project progress, quality of work, and overall performance.\nAttend client and internal meetings and assist with project requirement planning.\nMaintain contract execution logs and manage change notices and documentation.\nEnsure all required project closeout documents are completed.\nShare lessons learned and contribute ideas to improve company processes.\nKeep executive management informed of project status and potential issues.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.\nMinimum of five years of direct experience in commercial concrete construction.\nStrong knowledge of concrete practices, formwork systems, means, and methods.\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nStrong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.\nExcellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.\nAbility to identify and resolve complex construction challenges.\nProven ability to work independently and as part of a team.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.\nComfortable working onsite at active construction projects, including full-time job site assignments and travel as needed.\nPreferred Qualifications\nOSHA Certification\nBilingual (English/Spanish)\nExperience with AutoCAD and/or Tekla\nWhy Join Martin Concrete Construction?\nMartin Concrete Construction is one of the nation’s premier commercial concrete contractors, delivering complex concrete construction across data centers, power generation, water and wastewater treatment facilities, manufacturing, industrial, commercial, and other critical infrastructure projects.\nAs an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) company, our employees are more than team members-they’re employee-owners.
