Controller to oversee financial operations, drive financial planning, and ensure effective financial management and control.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nOversee treasury operations, cash flow, and liquidity management.\nDevelop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.\nIdentify financial risks and recommend measures to improve efficiency and profitability.\nSupport management with financial insights and recommendations.\nPrepare and review operational and financial reports.\nMonitor financial performance, costs, and budget variances.\nConduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.\nEnsure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal control policies.\n\nRequirements\n\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nProfessional qualifications: ICAN and CFA.\n5–7 years of relevant experience in financial control, financial management, or a similar role.\nProficiency in financial reporting tools and Microsoft Excel.\nStrong skills in operational reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, forecasting, and treasury management.\n\nHow to
