General Manager to oversee business operations, drive market growth, and ensure the successful execution of business objectives.\n\n The successful candidate will take ownership of daily operations, build and lead a high-performing team, develop new business opportunities, manage client and strategic partner relationships, and drive measurable business results.\n\n This role requires a proactive business leader with strong commercial judgement, excellent leadership abilities and the confidence to represent the organisation in client meetings, presentations and business negotiations.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Oversee daily business operations and ensure efficient execution of business objectives.\n\n Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, market expansion and profitability.\n\n Build, manage and motivate teams, setting clear targets and ensuring accountability.\n\n Identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships and expand the customer base.\n\n Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and key stakeholders.\n\n Lead business meetings, presentations, negotiations and client engagements.\n\n Monitor budgets, revenue, expenses and operational performance.\n\n Establish and improve business processes, systems and operational procedures.\n\n Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.\n\n Track business performance using relevant KPIs and prepare periodic management reports.\n\n Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions to improve business performance.\n\nJob Requirements\n\n Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Marketing or a related field.\n\n Minimum of 6 years' relevant experience in commercial management, business operations, sales or business development.\n\n At least 2 years' experience in a managerial or team leadership position.\n\n Demonstrable experience in driving business growth and managing operational activities.\n\n Strong commercial awareness, business development and negotiation skills.\n\n Excellent leadership, people management and decision-making abilities.\n\n Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.\n\n Good understanding of financial management, budgeting, performance reporting and business KPIs.\n\n Ability to work independently, take initiative and deliver results with minimal supervision.\n\n Highly proactive, resourceful, organised and comfortable working in a growth-oriented environment.\n\n Experience working with digital platforms, fintech products or technology-enabled services.\n\n Experience developing new markets, managing strategic partnerships and growing customer
