General Manager to oversee business operations, drive market growth, and ensure the successful execution of business objectives.\nThe successful candidate will take ownership of daily operations, build and lead a high-performing team, develop new business opportunities, manage client and strategic partner relationships, and drive measurable business results.\nThis role requires a proactive business leader with strong commercial judgement, excellent leadership abilities and the confidence to represent the organisation in client meetings, presentations and business negotiations.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nBuild, manage and motivate teams, setting clear targets and ensuring accountability.\nIdentify operational challenges and implement practical solutions to improve business performance.\nOversee daily business operations and ensure efficient execution of business objectives.\nTrack business performance using relevant KPIs and prepare periodic management reports.\nEstablish and improve business processes, systems and operational procedures.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and key stakeholders.\nMonitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.\nMonitor budgets, revenue, expenses and operational performance.\nLead business meetings, presentations, negotiations and client engagements.\nIdentify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships and expand the customer base.\nDevelop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, market expansion and profitability.\n\nJob Requirements\n\nHighly proactive, resourceful, organised and comfortable working in a growth-oriented environment.\nExcellent leadership, people management and decision-making abilities.\nMinimum of 6 years' relevant experience in commercial management, business operations, sales or business development.\nDemonstrable experience in driving business growth and managing operational activities.\nExperience working with digital platforms, fintech products or technology-enabled services.\nGood understanding of financial management, budgeting, performance reporting and business KPIs.\nStrong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work independently, take initiative and deliver results with minimal supervision.\nAt least 2 years' experience in a managerial or team leadership position.\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Marketing or a related field.\nExperience developing new markets,
