This role partners with teams across the organization to develop reporting solutions, dashboards, and business intelligence tools that provide visibility into project performance, operational to hear from you.\nWhat You'll Do:\nCollaborate with Operations, Project Management, Quality, Safety, Finance, and Leadership teams to understand reporting and analytics needs\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and reports using Power BI, Power Platform, SSRS, Excel, and other business intelligence tools\nAnalyze operational, financial, project, and quality data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement\nCreate intuitive and user-friendly dashboards that improve visibility and support strategic decision-making\nAssist with the development and maintenance of standardized reporting practices across the organization\nWork closely with Data Engineers and system stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity\nSupport the automation of manual reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce redundancy\nValidate data and troubleshoot reporting discrepancies or data-related issues\nPresent findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and meaningful way\nIdentify opportunities to improve business processes through enhanced reporting and analytics\nSupport the adoption and effective use of reporting tools and dashboards throughout the organization\nDevelop and maintain documentation, KPI definitions, report standards, and user guides\nRecommend enhancements to reporting tools, dashboards, and business intelligence capabilities\nWhat We're Looking For:\nExperience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Power Platform, Tableau, SSRS, or Excel\nFamiliarity with DAX and the ability to build and maintain Power BI calculations and measures\nWorking knowledge of SQL and the ability to write and understand basic to intermediate queries\nStrong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills\nExperience interpreting operational and financial data\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to identify reporting and analytics requirements\nPreferred Qualifications Include:\nBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Construction Management, or a related field\nExperience within the construction, engineering, or project-based industries\nFamiliarity with ERP systems and operational reporting environments\nExperience with Python or other data analysis tools\nFamiliarity with CMiC, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Vista by Viewpoint, or similar construction technology platforms\nThis is a full-time, on-site position that requires periodic travel based on business
